Stress has a poor reputation. We often only talk about stress from a negative perspective when we feel overwhelmed by it, and/ or it is ongoing. Yet stress is one of our primary drivers each day. This webinar will explore why we might experience heightened stress from neurotypical and neurodivergent perspectives and how we can each manage stress so that it remains in the healthy zone.
