Promoting awareness as part of Suicide Prevention Day

Trigger Warning: As part of promoting awareness for World Suicide Prevention Day, this video blog contains content about suicide. Some viewers may find the narrative disturbing and viewer discretion is advised.

Every year, more than 700,000 lives are lost to suicide (World Health Organisation), emphasising the critical importance of raising awareness.

In light of World Suicide Prevention Day 2023, we honour Mark for sharing his deeply personal experience. Mark’s story reveals the devastating impact of suicide on individuals and their loved ones, highlighting the importance of seeking help. Mark found the support he needed through our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).
