PAM Wellbeing and ToHealth Ltd are merging to give rise to a new entity – PAM Wellness Solutions.

After a series of strategic acquisitions in recent years, we are thrilled to announce a significant milestone in the evolution of PAM Group as two distinct identities under the umbrella are unveiled; PAM Wellness Solutions and PAM OH Solutions.

The merger is a strategic response to the evolving needs of our clients and the corporate landscape and the increasing demand for integrated health and wellness services. Amalgamating our service offering under one brand allows us to seamlessly provide a comprehensive suite of services.

PAM Occupational Health will now include occupational health, physiotherapy, and ergonomic businesses. Meanwhile, PAM Wellness Solutions will incorporate the previous PAM Wellbeing division, which includes psychological, training, and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services, alongside ToHealth, which manages health screening, training, and Neurodiversity solutions, as well as Concept Northern, our assistive technology provider.

The restructuring of PAM Group provides a clear distinction between PAM Wellness Solutions and PAM OH Solutions. This allows clients to easily navigate and access the specific services they require. This differentiation enhances operational efficiency and ensures a more tailored approach to meet diverse client needs.

Rising Demand for Psychological and Neurodiversity Services

In 2023, we witnessed a growing demand for psychological and neurodiversity services, highlighting the importance of addressing mental health in conjunction with occupational health. The integration of these services within PAM Wellness Solutions underscores our commitment to offering holistic solutions that recognise the interconnectedness of physical and mental well-being.

Incorporating Innovative Health Screening and diagnostics

The merger enables us to deliver screenings in innovative ways – be it virtually, on-site, or within our clinics across the UK and Ireland. In recognising the integral link between physical and mental health in screening processes, our business is well-equipped to provide comprehensive, convenient, and effective screening services tailored to individual and organisational needs anywhere in the country.

This merger not only streamlines our operations but it combines the expertise from various domains to offer holistic health and wellness solutions bringing strength and unity to our corporate health and wellbeing services. It also positions us to meet the rising demand for integrated physical and mental health services.

PAM Wellness Solutions is set to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of comprehensive health and wellness solutions for organisations across the UK and Ireland.
